The Illusion of Choice: The Three Steps CHROs Must Take Before AI Decides for Them

Cliff Jurkiewicz, VP of Global Strategy, Executive Evangelist, and GM of the Customer Advisory Board at Phenom

The conversation around AI adoption in HR has reached a tipping point. While many organizations believe they're weighing their options, the reality is starker: the choice has already been made for them.

This interactive session examines the Levels of Intelligence & Automation maturity model driving successful transformations and explores why companies should be combining HR and IT into unified "people plus technology" organizations. This isn't about whether you should adopt AI—it's about navigating the speed of change that's already redefining the HR profession.

Key Takeaways:

  • Master the Levels of Intelligence & Automation framework to assess your transformation readiness
  • Understand why the "people plus technology" model will become the new HR standard
  • Identify the three immediate steps to begin your strategic transformation journey
