Join us for one of HRLF Atlanta’s evening social events. These gatherings bring together Atlanta’s senior HR community for meaningful networking, engaging conversations with business leaders, and the opportunity to visit one of Atlanta’s premier companies.

Hosted at Trimont’s global headquarters in Atlanta, the event will include light refreshments, ample time for networking, and an engaging executive conversation with Bill Sexton, Chief Executive Officer, and Malvika Jhangiani, Chief People Officer.

Trimont is a global commercial real estate loan servicing, asset management, advisory, data and technology solutions provider that has undergone extraordinary growth and transformation in recent years. Following its acquisition of Wells Fargo’s non-agency third-party commercial mortgage servicing business in 2025, Trimont became the largest servicer of commercial real estate securitized debt in the United States, significantly expanding its workforce, scale and capabilities.

Against that backdrop of rapid growth and integration, Bill and Malvika will share their perspectives on leading through transformation, maintaining culture through significant organizational change, strengthening the CEO–CHRO partnership, and building the people and organizational capabilities required for what comes next. The conversation will also explore the growing role of technology and AI as organizations rethink how work gets done while continuing to invest in their people.

Attendance and fees: HRLF members may attend all programs free of charge (no alternates or substitutions allowed). Nonmembers may attend Social and Special events for a fee. Nonmember registration requests must be submitted in advance; no on-site registrations can be accepted . Nonmember attendance is capped at eight (8) corporate nonmembers and two (2) service provider nonmembers per event, and registration priority is given to HRLF members and their nonmember guests.
