April 28, 2022
Employee Well-Being
Facilitated discussion
Post-COVID burnout and employee well-being are critical issues for companies in the US and around the world; mental health issues are on the rise and have been for some time. At least 1 in 4 employees quit their jobs in 2021, with many citing issues around work-life balance. As most companies are working on redefining the future of work, join us for a panel discussion on strategies to prioritize employee well-being, reduce burnout, and think through what work-life integration looks like going forward.
