How Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Can Increase Employee Engagement

Having a diverse workforce does not necessarily guarantee an inclusive workplace. Addressing diversity is only part of the process. Employees who feel like they belong show higher levels of engagement, which is why inclusive workplaces have more satisfied and involved employees. Gartner states that workers in highly diverse and inclusive organizations result in a 26% increase in team collaboration and an 18% increase in team commitment. We will discuss how leveraging inclusion strategies at work can drive higher employee engagement.
