HRLF Sr. HR Roundtable Meeting (VIRTUAL)
December 09, 2022
Competing on HR Analytics
Facilitated discussion
Advanced analytics is transforming the HR landscape... How are organizations cultivating data-driven insights to inform talent decisions, improve workforce processes and promote positive employee experience? Join us at the Senior HR Roundtable on "Competing on HR Analytics" where we will have a panel discussion with experts such as:
- Tessa Carey, Head of Global Talent Management, Novelis
- Caroline Cochran, Chief People Officer, QGenda
- Zach Wyatt, Director, HR Analytics, The Home Depot
With the panel, we will dive deeper to understand:
- What talent/people-related data are organizations collecting and curating?
- Where is your organization on the people analytics stairway (Maturity level)? Where does it aspire to be in the next year and 3-5 years?
- Does your organization have a talent dashboard?
- What are some of the cutting-edge capabilities in talent analytics – AI & automation in hiring, machine learning, predictive reporting – that organizations are leveraging to compete in the talent marketplace
- How should the organization determine its priorities in building people analytics capabilities? For example, should it build to support certain specific internal use cases, or should it build a broad bench of capabilities to support an unpredictable or rapidly changing internal environment?
- If your organization had to get one thing right over the next 12 months, what would it be? What would get in the way of its getting there?
