Leveraging Employee Experience Metrics to Understand and Drive Change
Ben Granger, Ph.D., XMP, Chief Workplace Psychologist, Head of EX Advisory Services, Qualtrics
While it’s well known that the employee experience drives customer and business outcomes, there is strong evidence that the employee experience is a moving target - and that target is moving faster than ever. The experience of most workers over the past three years has dramatically shifted their expectations and how they view the role of work in their lives. These changes call for an evolution in the ways that organizations measure and manage employee experiences. In this session, you will learn about the most recent changes to the employee experience as well as principles and practices for addressing them.
