Making Your Culture's Currency a Genuine Connection
Chris Tuff, National Bestselling Author of "The Millennial Whisperer"
Having sold over 100k copies of his debut book "The Millennial Whisperer," Tuff has become one of the leading experts in workplace culture working with some of the world's largest companies including Nike. Microsoft's recent study found that over 40% of employees intend to leave their current job for a new one dubbing this period as "The Great Quit." Tuff will share stories and tactics on how to tackle some of the current challenges by using simpler and cheaper methods. These will range from better leadership tactics to drive culture, to the future of workplace layouts, and new strategies to accommodate more flexible workplace hours. Tuff will also highlight some of the stories and tactics from his upcoming book "Save Your Asks" which dives into how we can better create connections outside our organizations. Following his keynote, Chris will deliver a fireside chat with The Home Depot's Head, Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness, Joe Garcia and then answer questions. Chris promises to "bring down the house" and deliver simple tactics to implement today with almost zero investment.
All HRLF members who attend the program will receive a copy of Chris' book, "The Millennial Whisperer."
Who attends: Breakfast programs are open to HRLF members and prospective members free of charge (approved guests are $50 - see our guest policy, no alternates or substitutions please).
