The War for Talent is Over… Talent Won
Jay J. Jamrog, Futurist & Co-founder, Institute for Corporate Productivity (I4CP)
The Pandemic has ushered in a seismic shift in the labor market. For the first time in decades, workers appear to have more influence than corporations. People are migrating away from low paying jobs with no benefits or development opportunities and leaving companies with terrible leaders and toxic cultures. And, in this unfamiliar environment, the old "one size fit all" strategies of the past do not work. The new normal is "one size fits one." This session will present the latest research on the "best" and "next" practices that high-performing organizations are implementing to mitigate this great migration and attract and retain the best-performing talent.
