For many companies, work has remained more virtual in a post-pandemic world. Typically, this means less interaction with people in the hallway. It may be harder for employees, especially those earlier in their careers, to build the relationships critical to successfully navigate the workforce and move forward with their career trajectory. How can we intentionally focus on the development of early career professionals and ensure that they are building the networks that they need to be successful?
