We all know that personal job satisfaction is driven by a variety of factors beyond salary and benefits.  Given today’s shortage of top talent, it’s no surprise that employers are scrambling to identify and deliver on Employee Value Propositions (EVPs) that surpass those of their competitors.  These EVPs become the baseline for a new wave of social-media driven employer branding used to attract talent.  Join us on June 26th for an informative and interactive panel discussion on EVPs and employer branding.  Our panelists are extremely passionate about this topic and will encourage a lively and informative discussion.  Most recently, Alex Putman was the director of Employment Branding for YP and the Director of People Engagement for Case-Mate. Jenny DeVaughn is the Senior Director of Employer Branding and Sourcing for ADP and volunteers as the Director of Social Media for the National Association of Asian American Professionals.  Both come with great stories and first-hand experience in driving employee value propositions and employment branding efforts for a variety of organizations.
