Currently, David is Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer for Wayne Farms LLC, the 6th largest poultry company in the country. He is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources for approximately 9,000 employees at 10 Wayne Farms facilities and its corporate office. Monica Z. Anderton is the Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Mondi, North America, a world leader in the packaging industry. She joined the company in 2015, building upon more than 25 years of leadership experience with Novelis, Dell-SecureWorks, Silverton Bank, BellSouth Corporation and The Home Depot. Monica operates as a true business partner with expertise around building talent and directing programs that enhance performance and improve productivity. Monica is extremely active in the Human Resources community in Atlanta. Dr. Joanne McInnerney is the Vice President of Human Resources for North America at Novelis Inc in Atlanta, Georgia in the United States where she has worked since 2010. Novelis is a world leader in rolled aluminum products and a wholly owned subsidiary of Hindalco, a flagship company of the Aditya Birla Group. Joanne received her bachelor’s in psychology and her master’s and PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology also from Northern Illinois University. Dr. McInnerney has also worked as an internal consultant for the retail and financial services industries. Currently, Carlomagno leads HR for the Network & Security Solution (NSS) division at First Data Corporation. In this role, Carlomagno provides strategic guidance on human capital matters to the Executive Vice President for one of the three global segments of the company.
Prior to FD, Carlomagno led Human Resources for IMG's College Sports division. IMG College is a leading marketing, licensing and media company that helps clients maximize the enormous potential of their collegiate sports and on-campus properties. In May 2014, IMG was sold to William Morris Endeavor forming WME/IMG. Carlomagno was a leader on HR due diligence and sale preparation for the College Sports division.
Prior to IMG, Carlomagno led Human Resources for EMS Technologies; EMS Technologies operates in over 15 countries around the world and provides mobile connectivity solutions in the Aviation, Defense & Space, Warehouse Logistics and Global Tracking of assets for government, military and commercial use. Carlomagno set the company’s direction in the areas of Global Human Resources, Employee Communications, Facilities and Information Technology. He was part of the executive team at EMS which executed a successful company sale to Honeywell in Q32011.

Brad Cummings is Vice President, Human Resources for Imerys, a global industrial mineral mining and production company headquartered in Paris, France. He is responsible for North America as well as the company’s global carbonates business.
Prior to Imerys Brad was Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer for Hospitality Staffing Solutions (HSS). HSS is the largest staffing / outsourcing company in the US with exclusive focus on the hospitality industry. In this role, Brad had full responsibility for the Human Resource and Risk functions.
Prior to joining HSS in June 2015, Brad was with Tarkett Group, a publicly traded designer, manufacturer and distributor of flooring products headquartered in Paris, France. Brad was the top HR executive in two of Tarkett’s global businesses, Tandus Centiva and Tarkett Sports, with operations in North America, EMEA and parts of Asia Pacific. Brad came to Tarkett Group via acquisition in 2012. In the five years prior to the acquisition Brad was Chief HR Officer of Tandus Flooring, a private equity owned commercial floor coverings manufacturer.
Before joining Tandus in late 2007, Brad spent more than 10 years at The Home Depot where he held a number of diverse HR leadership roles, as well as roles in Finance, Operations and Six Sigma.
Brad received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia, and completed his Master of Arts course work in Industrial & Organizational Psychology at New York University. Kim Fleming, Ph. D. is Senior Vice President of Human Capital Strategy and Organization Enablement for SunTrust Banks, a 24,000 employee, $28B Market Cap regional bank headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. She has broad leadership experience across the human capital spectrum—skilled in human capital strategy formulation, succession planning, talent management, performance management, organizational design and effectiveness. In her current role, her team is responsible for leading human capital strategy development, strategic workforce consulting, organizational design and change management, and teammate relations. Under her leadership, the HR organization deployed an HR agile team, which leverages design thinking methodologies to achieve teammate and user centric results.
Prior to this role, Dr. Fleming held multiple roles with SunTrust, including Head of Talent Management and Leadership Development, in which she was responsible for working directly with Executive Leadership to build and execute effective talent management and succession strategies. In this role, she also led executive and leadership development, performance management and career strategies for the firm.
Before joining SunTrust, Dr. Fleming led Corporate Organization and Leadership Development for Express Scripts Inc. a pharmacy benefit management organization. Her experience also includes organization and leadership development at Ameren, a mid-western based utility based in St. Louis, Missouri.
Dr. Fleming holds Masters and Doctoral degrees in Organization Psychology from Saint Louis University. She has served on the Executive Committee for the Conference Board’s Talent Management Council, and serves locally in her community through multiple service organizations. She lives in Marietta with her husband and three children.

Joe Garcia is the Global Head of Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness at The Home Depot. In this capacity, he is responsible for Organizational Effectiveness (selection, engagement, analytics), Talent Planning, Performance Management and Organizational Development. Joe has over 26 years of business experience in retail, medical equipment, life science, and management consulting.
Joe has extensive international experience. He has consulted with multinationals in Europe, Latin American and the Caribbean and has lead major selection and organization development projects in Mexico, Venezuela, Argentina, and Brazil. Stacie Hagan is Chief People Officer for Secureworks, a market leader in information security services with more than 4,000 clients worldwide spanning North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and the Pacific Rim. As a member of the Secureworks executive team, Ms. Hagan is responsible for overall people strategy including organization design, workforce and succession planning, compensation, and organization culture. Of particular importance given the scarcity of security skills in the market, is Ms. Hagan’s leadership of the company’s talent acquisition and retention strategies, and talent development programs.
Prior to joining Secure2orks in 2015, Ms. Hagan was an officer of EarthLink, Inc., an IT services, network and communications provider, where she served as EVP of Customer Operations for the company’s 150,000 business customers since 2013. From 2007 to 2013, Ms. Hagan served as EarthLink’s Chief People Officer while also leading enterprise process improvement during a period of significant restructuring and acquisitive growth for the company. In addition, she served in a variety of human resources roles for EarthLink from 2002 until 2007.
Ms. Hagan was co-founder and President of SynerChange, Intl., an executive coaching and organization development consulting firm, from 1993 to 2002. Ms. Hagan grew the company’s consulting operations to include multiple strategic partnerships in the U.S and Europe, and co-authored a book on eliminating organizational barriers to high performance entitled The Chicken Conspiracy: Breaking the Cycle of Personal Stress and Organizational Mediocrity (1999).
